Established clients communicate through a secure, HIPAA-compliant client portal for all confidential messages, scheduling, and video sessions. Prospective clients and website visitors may contact me via phone for inquiries and consultation calls. My business phone system is encrypted and HIPAA-compliant, but no digital communication is completely risk-free. Some site data (such as general visitor analytics) may be collected by Squarespace or third-party services for performance monitoring.
