about
Hi, I’m Cecilia—a therapist, a lifelong observer of human behavior, and a woman who brings the kind of insight that only comes with age and experience. I’m not fresh out of grad school and I don’t follow a script. My work is shaped not only by clinical training, but by decades of lived experience - through loss, motherhood, love, heartbreak, reinvention, and deep personal growth. I know what it’s like to navigate life’s big transitions, and I bring that wisdom into the therapy room.
Creativity has always been part of who I am. I spent years as an artist before becoming a therapist, and that mindset still shapes the way I work. I see patterns others might miss, approach problems with curiosity, and offer perspectives that are just left of center - in a good way.
I value cultural diversity not just as a concept, but as a living, breathing part of who we are. I’m endlessly fascinated by how culture shapes women’s stories. I love working with women of all backgrounds and identities - and I consider it an honor to create a space where we can explore your experience through both a clinical and culturally informed lens.
Supporting women is at the heart of my work - especially now, when so many are feeling the impact of the world’s shifting expectations and challenges.
Outside of therapy, you’ll find me on a trail with my dogs, watching a good documentary, or exploring places where culture thrives. My astrology sign is Cancer.
